Beth Nelson was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2001, focusing primarily on residential sales. Over the past six years, she has been managing and leasing commercial properties in the St. Cloud area.
Some of her key responsibilities include working with subcontractors for on-going building maintenance, budget preparation and annual common expense reconciliations, overseeing small scale tenant fit-ups and lease negotiating.
Beth's responsibilities are to oversee the commercial property management function at CBC Orion and she strives to provide commercial building owners, local real estate companies, and property developers with solutions to their property management needs.
Originally from Duluth, MN, Beth has lived in the St. Cloud area since 1982. She enjoys house remodeling projects, light duty landscaping, biking, hiking, plus skiing and reading a good book during the winter months. Currently, Beth volunteers out at Powder Ridge Ski Area as a National Ski Patroller and is a member of the PRSP Board of Directors.
