Q:  I am looking for a site for my business and don’t know where to start.  Any ideas?

A:  You should consider a buyer broker agreement.  You could hire the services of an experienced broker to seek out properties for your consideration. He/she could make contacts with other brokers and also find sites that may not be available in the public domain.  You would work with one person only and would not be bombarded by many different people.  It would also save you a lot of time and expense.
